Social Media Executive Overview

This thriving fashion company are looking for a Social Media Executive. In this extremely varied role you will be the support for the Director and teams, completing any tasks for posting on social media, liaising with wholesale, managing stock count on Shopify, assisting the design/product development teams and customer service.

Social Media Executive Responsibilities

  • Support the Director with ad-hoc administration
  • Work alongside design/product development to assist them with administrative tasks
  • Being the first point of contact for customers in the showroom, welcoming them in etc.
  • Chase suppliers for samples
  • Customer service for the in-house brand
  • Book in DHL parcels daily
  • Post engaging content on the brand’s social media platforms
  • Arrange photoshoots for new collections, from booking models, locations etc
  • Influence PR
  • Liaise with wholesalers, keeping them up to date on Shopify stocks
  • Manage the Shopify stock and update it when necessary
  • Collating samples for wholesalers
  • Communicate between ecommerce store & warehouse

Social Media Executive Requirements

  • A highly organised individual with the ability to multitask in this fast-paced environment
  • Competent using Microsoft package, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Shopify/Customer Service is desirable
