Senior Ladieswear Buyer Overview

 

We are working with a highly successful and fast-growing retailer who are looking for a Senior Ladieswear Buyer to join their dynamic team.

The Senior Ladieswear Buyer will spearhead the development of on-trend, commercial ranges.

Senior Ladieswear Buyer Responsibilities;

  • Developing and implementing new strategies aimed at overall improving ranges
  • Regularly review products and range plans, and ensure there is cohesion across departments
  • Working closely with factories overseas and negotiating cost prices
  • Working with the merchandising team to manage budgets and monitor sales
  • Plan and build commercial ranges
  • Attend sign off meetings, trade meetings, and present ranges
  • Carry out extensive trend research, and attending comp and inspiration shopping trips

Additional Information

The Senior Ladieswear Buyer will have previous experience in a similar role, with proven track record of developing and trading commercial fashion ranges and a passion for trends.
