Regional Manager Overview

We are working on behalf of a well-established retailer who are looking to recruit a Regional Manager across the South East and South West of the UK.

The Regional Manager will be field based and will visit stores around the region to manage and support specific stores.

Regional Manager Responsibilities

  • Supporting stores in reaching maximum profit and sales potential
  • Be the main form of communication between the store teams and central support centre
  • Setting objectives and budgets and agreeing these with Store Manager
  • Plan strategies with Store Managers to achieve targets
  • Support Store Managers with disciplinaries, dismissals, conflicts within the team and counselling.

Additional Information

The Regional Manager will have previous experience in a similar, fashion environment with excellent communication skills with a strong people management focus.
