Logistics Controller Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Controller to work alongside the rest of the team to support the international logistics and customs activities. They import 1000+ TEU per annum and is fast paced with plenty to get involved with.

Logistics Controller Responsibilities

  • Managing FOB imports from the Middle and Far East.
  • Managing customs documents and procedures
  • Managing exports via road freight, air freight and courier
  • Counteracting any logistical issues that arise
  • Creating packing lists, commercial invoices and GSP
  • Working closely with the wider logistics and dispatch team

Logistics Controller Skills and Experience

  • Experience of working with freight forwarders
  • Customs knowledge
  • Previous experience using transport and customs systems
  • Ability to use Excel

Logistics Controller Additional Information

Ability to work one day from home
