Junior Merchandiser Overview
Our client is a highly successful, global retailer looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join their team.
Junior Merchandiser Responsibilities
- Managing Assistant Merchandiser/Merchandise Assistant and setting objectives with them.
- Reviewing weekly trade performance and sales performance and actional any rebuys and markdowns.
- Weekly trade meetings
- Working closely with the Merchandising Manager, raising any issues with them and suggesting improvements
- Managing the WSSI
- Managing the delivery schedule
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with external brands and recognising areas of growth and building range plans.
- Working closely with the Buying team to maximise availability
Junior Merchandiser Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Great experience using WSSI
- Excellent Analytical, PC and numerical skills
