Junior Merchandiser Overview
This homewares retailer are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join their team. The Junior Merchandiser will work across a range of products and is perfect for someone who is looking to grow in their Merchandising career.
Junior Merchandiser Responsibilities
- Reviewing sales figures and sales forecasting
- Liaise with the factories
- Working closely with the product team
- Recognising any issues or areas of improvement
- Manage the intake of stock
- Collate sales and stock availability
- Raising purchase orders
- Any additional admin duties including updating reports
Junior Merchandiser Skills and Experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent forecasting skills
- An inquisitive, analytical mindset
- Able to work cooperatively with other departments within a busy environment
