Buying Assistant Overview;

We are working on a rare and exciting opportunity for a Junior Buyer to join a highly successful Ladies Fashion Brand.

The Junior Buyer will work within the wider Buying team to build and develop best selling ranges.

Junior Buyer Responsibilities;

  • Liaise with factories overseas, negotiate deliveries and cost prices
  • Manage and update the critical path
  • Attend regular fit meetings and manage samples
  • Analyse current and future trends, create mood boards and carry out regular comp shopping and inspiration trips
  • Prepare for and attend weekly trade meetings, and regular supplier and sign off meetings

Additional Information;

The Junior Buyer must have previous experience in a similar role, with a keen interest in fashion and trends, with excellent initiative and excellent communication skills.
