Childrenswear Garment Technologist Overview

We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Childrenswear Garment Technologist to join a flourishing Childrenswear company.

The Childrenswear Garment Technologist will be working across ranges of boys and girls nightwear and will be creating patterns.

Childrenswear Garment Technologist Responsibilities;

  • Liaising with customers, attending customer fit sessions, making fit comments and sending comments to factories
  • Creating detailed tech packs to be sent to factories overseas and to be used for costings
  • Monitor and update the critical path
  • Measure and check samples and request initial patterns
  • Working on Optitex software to create digital patterns and print packs

Additional Information

The Childrenswear Garment Technologist will have some knowledge or experience in a similar role, ideally creating patterns, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent organisation and communication skills.
